How to Return:

  1. Begin your return on our Order Status Page.

  2. Note: Our Customer Service Team cannot initiate the return for you.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must not have been installed, mounted, driven on, or altered in any way.
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • Forged Wheels: Due to their customized nature, we cannot accept returns for any forged wheel(s).
  • Please Note: Once an item has been installed, the right to return is forfeited.

Return Processing:

  • Once your return is approved, a return label will be provided within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, you won't be charged a restocking fee.

  • If the return is because of customer preferences or mistakes, a restocking fee applies based on the item's retail price:

    Retail Price Restocking Fee
    $0 - $100 $10 per item
    $101 - $250 $25 per item
    $251 - $500 $35 per item
    Over $500 $75 per item

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancelled orders in-process will incur a $20 per wheel processing fee.
  • If you mistakenly order an item and purchase the correct one, we can waive the processing fee.
