I had a disappointing experience with this auto rim shop. The rims appear to be refurbished, and the one I ordered for my vehicle did not sit flush with the wheel hub, which raised immediate concerns about quality and fitment.
Customer service was also frustrating. It was difficult to reach anyone by phone—calls often went unanswered, and when I did get through, the process was slow and inconvenient. They required multiple photos just to initiate a return request, followed by an approval process that took several days before a return label was even issued.
Overall, the combination of product quality issues and delayed customer support made this a poor experience. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience
